An introduction to the world of specialty coffee. For people who want to learn the basics of crafting various coffee drinks. Whether you are a new home barista or employed, this class will help educate you and take you to the next level.

• Drink anatomy
• Pour over demo & Activity
• Machines, tools, and gear
• 3 steps to pouring latte art
• espresso brewing and milk steaming

Recording your pours and demonstrations is allowed! Come 10min early.
